SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship only within Belize.

There is a growing variety of courier services in Belize, each with their own transport methods, routes, schedules and rates.

Our priority is to get your package into your hands as soon as possible in the most secure and cost-effective manner.

As soon as we have received your order, we shall do our best to:

• Verify payment
• Contact you to confirm the most convenient shipping method for you
• Verify that your product is working
• Package and label your purchased item
• Deliver your package to the freight/ courier service
• Contact you once again to inform you that your package has been delivered and expected time of arrival.

PROCESSING TIME

Delivery time is subject to several factors such as our working hours, when the order is placed, the freight/ courier service’s work load and schedule. We try to communicate with you as much as possible until the package has been handed off to the freight/ courier service.

DELIVERY TIME

It may take us anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours to deliver your package to the freight/ courier service, depending on how busy we are at the store. However your package may take as long as 3 working days to arrive depending on the freight service’s schedule. You do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

We do not ship during holidays.

Shipping costs are determined by the freight/ courier services used.
